**About The Role**:
Are you an experienced Sales professional, looking for a new challenge in a growing and forward thinking organisation? If so, we want to hear from you.
- We are offering an exciting opportunity to join a busy high performing Shared Ownership Sales team in one of the largest landlords and developers in the South West.
- As a Sales Consultant, you will play a key role in our team, with responsibility for selling new homes across a number of different developments. You will be providing an effective sales service, working collaboratively with colleagues across the organisation to ensure services are delivered within our timeframes.

You will be working in a welcoming and supportive environment and you’ll have the chance to broaden your areas of expertise in an exciting role where no two days are the same.
- This role is being offered on a
- **full time**,
- **permanent** basis and will be based in our
- **Exeter** office. This role covers
- **Devon & Cornwall** areas therefore, there will be travel required.

To be considered for the role of Sales Consultant, you will be / have:

- Excellent customer service combined with good organisational skills.
- Driven to achieve sales targets.
- Customer-focused and enthusiastic.
- A confident communicator with a collaborative approach and able to work as part of a team.
- The ability to make decisions and take responsibility, whilst working without constant supervision.
- Knowledge of conveyancing, mortgages along with an understanding of shared ownership (D).
- Have previous property sales and marketing experience in estate agents or similar.
- Have a full UK/EU driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
