Audiologist / Hearing Aid Dispenser

Our client is a leading provider of premium hearing loss solutions across the UK and looking to add experienced or newly qualified HCPC Audiologist / Hearing Aid Dispenser to their team.
The role is a mixture of community visits and services delivered at specific sites in the local area. Unlike some of the roles out there, this is purely a **Monday to Friday, 9 til 5** role which really helps maintain a strong work life balance, in keeping with their **GOLD INVESTORS IN PEOPLE** status.
As a national business that is part of an international group of businesses, our client has their own training academy and as such this position offers great career progression prospects as well as offering opportunities to transfer across the country.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Carry out hearing tests and evaluations to determine the correct hearing aid for each client in line with HCPC standards
- Recommend and fit hearing aids based on individual needs and preferences in.
- Provide market leading after care and support to clients regarding hearing aid use and maintenance
- Undertake repairs, adjustments, and modifications to hearing aids as required
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in hearing aid technology and industry trends
**The Ideal Person**:
- A natural sales person - the bonus scheme is uncapped so the more natural you are at sales, the more you will rewarded
- A self-starter with great organisation skills - this is a very autonomous role, so strong organisational skills are a must
- A fantastic communicator - you will be dealing with a variety of people so the ability to make connections and clearly explain the process is essential to put clients at ease
- You will be HCPC registered
This company believe in rewarding their super stars and as such in addition to a basic of £37k there is a car allowance / company car, monthly sales bonus and quarterly bonus which takes the realistic package to c. £55k with no cap on top end earnings making it possible to earn a lot more based on performance.
