We’re seeking an energetic New Homes Coordinator to play a key role in bringing new homes to the market and ensuring smooth sales processes. **What You'll Be Doing**:

- Delivering New Homes: Ensure the smooth delivery of newly built homes for sale, working closely with the team to meet deadlines and quality standards.
- Sales Support: Assist the Sales Manager in marketing both market sale and low-cost home ownership properties, ensuring efficient and successful sales.
- Raising Our Profile: Help increase public awareness and raise the company’s profile by promoting our new homes and highlighting our role in the housing market.
- Customer-Focused Service: Provide exceptional after-sales support to customers, ensuring satisfaction and resolving any post-purchase issues.

**What We’re Looking For**:
**Experience**:

- Significant experience in Housing or Residential Sales.
- Proven ability to deliver a customer-focused service.
- Experience in collaborating with internal and external teams.
- Confident using Microsoft Office tools.

**Skills**:

- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with excellent prioritising skills.
- Strong problem analysis skills, able to assess situations and make sound decisions.
- Keen attention to detail with the ability to quickly understand and analyse issues.
- Exceptional relationship-building skills, able to establish and maintain professional relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Team player, working collaboratively to achieve great results.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of persuading others and fostering positive working relationships.
- Competent in working with diverse teams, including external partners.
- Strong IT skills, with the ability to promote digital ways of working.
