Area to be covered: South
Remuneration: £60,000 - £65,000 + up to 25% bonus

The role of the Specification Sales Manager - Flooring Products will involve:

- Specification Sales Manager position selling a range of hard wood flooring, engineered wood flooring, LVT, carpets and flooring accessories
- All of your time will be spent selling to / generating specifications with flooring contractors, main contractors, architects, interior designers and specifiers
- Focusing on large commercial projects typically: hotels, universities, apartments etc
- Will be contributing to a team target of circa £9m turnover
- Will be given key account / on-going projects
- Conducting CPD seminar where needed
- Support and attend tradeshows
- Working closely with National Sales Manager

The ideal applicant will be a Specification Sales Manager - Flooring Products with:

- Must have flooring sales experience ideally wood flooring
- Must have sold to flooring contractors, main contractors, architects, interior designers and specifiers
- Must bring tons of energy and enthusiasm to motivate the team
- Ability to wear multiple hats and build lasting relationships
- Genuine 'get up and go’ work ethic
- Results orientated, personable and enthusiastic
