**Your Role & Team**
- Working within the busy Recruitment Team, this brand-new role will be responsible for the management and oversight of the external staffing provisions for North East Lincolnshire Council. You will develop, lead and oversee the management of recruitment agencies, working closely with services and managers to meet the temporary needs of the Council by providing a direct link to our outsourcing partners. You will ensure value for money, good governance and contractual obligations are met by providers.
- As part of your role, you will be instrumental in supporting the Council develop a new way of working to provide the best value for money and skills outcomes for our temporary needs.
- You will be joining a team of driven individuals who work collectively to achieve our shared vision of becoming the employer of choice for North East Lincolnshire.
**Your Responsibilities**
- Some of your day-to-day role will include:
- Supporting in the development of a new way of engaging external recruitment agencies to meet the fluctuating needs of the Council.
- Creating a robust tracking and management system for the Council’s temporary workforce.
- Completion of regular service meetings with providers to check quality and value for money against framework agreements.
- Providing a link across the Council for managers who require a temporary resource, supporting with understanding the need and matching the requirement to appropriate providers.
- Educating managers on correct procedure for engaging a temporary worker, utilising the in-house Agency Request Process.
- In addition to ensuring temporary providers are delivering quality and compliance, you will also support with oversight of IR35 management.

**This role is a blended working role, **requiring a blend of home & office working, with an expectation you will work from the office at least two to three days per week in line with needs of the service.
