**Divisional Operational Business Support - Team Leader**
**Based at Dounreay, Caithness (hybrid working)**
**Permanent, 38 hours per week**
**Salary up to £27,172 per annum plus a generous benefits package**
**The Civil Nuclear Constabulary (CNC) is an armed police service that’s dedicated to the nuclear industry. As our Divisional Business Support Team Leader, you’ll positively impact an organisation that’s keeping the country safe.**
Proactive and forward-thinking, you’ll manage a key secretarial and administrative service across CNC. One of your main priorities will be to supervise, develop and guide a dynamic team, ensuring that achievements are praised. As part of this, you’ll draw up inspiring induction plans, prepare in-house training and conduct absence processes. Plus, you’ll take minutes, manage diaries, and provide niche secretarial support.
To join, you’ll ideally hold a Level 1 Management Qualification (ILM/CIPD) or have equivalent experience. With impressive secretarial abilities, you’ll know how to produce reports and compile data. Plus, as a great teammate, you’ll have a collaborative ethos and the ability to work to tight timeframes. You’ll also have outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, meaning you’ll confidently collaborate with a range of people. This means you’ll constantly improve performance across your team and maintain high levels of motivation.

This role has been assessed as suitable for hybrid working details of which will be discussed and agreed with the successful individual and line manager.
