Band 6/7 - Senior Mental Health Practitioner (SW/OT/RMN) - Veteran Service - Yorkshire - £24 to £28 per hourWe currently have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Mental Health Practitioner to join the Veteran Service based in Yorkshire.The core purposeof this role is to co-ordinate the care of a defined caseload of service users from admission to the service and through to discharge.
