Retention Specialist

Your mission? Retain customers by resolving concerns and providing an exceptional customer journey.

**Main Responsibilities**
- Enhance the business’ retention rate
- Decrease the business’ cancellation rate
- Actively contact customers looking to cancel their orders and return them to the business’ customer journey to complete their order
- Take live calls from various departments in an attempt to save live sales
- Keep customer records up to date using the business’ bespoke CRM system
- Develop and grow relationships with our customers
- Provide excellent customer service on each interaction demonstrating the business values
- Liaise with regional sales consultants
- Build and extend our client base through contact with customers
- Monitor and record customer complaints
- Regularly update customers with new information relating to their account
- Implement Retention Strategies
- Handle escalated, unresolved customer issues or concerns
- Maintain customer records and complete necessary admin work
