We are currently looking for a **Painter and Decorator** to join our team of **Engineering associates** at Rosewood London. Our **Painter and Decorators** are appointed to carry out planned preventative decorating activities in accordance with the company and departmental standards to all areas of the hotel.**Key expectations of this role are**
- Carrying out regular inspections of guest bedrooms for damaged or dirty paintwork and wall coverings.
- Complying with all current relevant health and safety policies and procedures.
- Maintaining stock levels of equipment and all materials required to carry out the work.
- Upkeeping all equipment and materials in a safe and organized manner.

**Profile**
- Paying close attention to detail by not comprising on quality standards.
- Possessing a sound understanding of all areas of the painting and decorating operation.
- The ability to work in a team and build relationships with others.
- Being organised and proactive in managing your tasks.
