Our client is a well-established, forward thinking company based in Grimsby. They work with private and commercial clients and are constantly growing and expanding their products and services. Due to expansion, they are looking to add an experienced SalesAdministrator to their sales department.

This role is an integral one to the business and requires someone who is an effective communicator, confident on the telephone with good computer skills.

**Responsibilities**:
- Manage a portfolio of existing clients, supporting them in sales and order processing
- Respond to all online customer enquiries received through the various marketing channels in a timely manner
- Identify sales opportunities and upsell services and products where appropriate
- Undertake sales order processing and all related administrative duties
- Liaise with the field sales team regarding specific customer issues and their requirements
- Deal with all customer enquiries in a polite, efficient, and confidential manner
- Willing to be flexible in respect of day-to-day duties and hours worked
- To identify declining customers and turn them into sales opportunities
- To commit to and achieve all departmental and individual performance related targets
- Ensure all calls are completed in line with our call schedule criteria
- Take payments over the phone
- Maintain accurate customer records - USING CRM tools to manage customers

Skills needed:

- Excellent communications skills both verbally and written
- Excellent telephone manner
- Fast learner
- Strong attention to detail
- Computer literate and confident in outlook, Word, Excel
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
- Highly organised
- Self-motivated
