As our team grows, we are looking for a reliable and professional driver to support our care staff by transporting them to and from client visits.

**The Role**
As a Care Support Driver, you will play a key part in helping us deliver consistent and timely care across Flintshire. Using a company vehicle, you will drive our carers to scheduled calls across local areas including Holywell, Mold, Caerwys, Flint, and surrounding communities.

**Main responsibilities include**:

- Transporting care staff between service user appointments in a safe and timely manner
- Using a company-provided vehicle during all working hours
- Following assigned routes and schedules provided by the care coordination team
- Maintaining cleanliness and basic upkeep of the vehicle
- Reporting any issues or delays promptly
- Supporting carers with equipment or access if needed
- Representing Apollo Care with a professional, helpful attitude at all times

**Requirements**:

- Full UK driving licence (clean and valid)
- Good knowledge of local roads and areas within Flintshire
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Friendly and respectful manner when working with team members and clients
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including mornings, evenings, and occasional weekends
- Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to undergo one)
- Previous experience in a driving, support, or care-related role is beneficial but not essential
