**What We’re Looking For**:
We are looking for an experienced Employment Paralegal to join a thriving Employment Team in London.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Management of own caseload.
- Preparation for Immigration appeals, including and not limited to drafting grounds of appeal, completing appeal forms and lodging the appeal, drafting witness statements.
- Liaise with UK Visas and Immigration as and when required.

**Qualities you possess;**
- Minimum of a 2:1 or equivalent in a relevant professional qualifications
- Previous experience as a Paralegal or similar
- Desirable - previous experience working within Employment Law
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Appropriate empathic qualities have given the nature of the work
- A strong team player with a motivational hands-on approach with the ability to identify and deliver what is required
- Uses initiative, drives, plans and organises own time and workload to meet deadlines and prioritise work
- Deals confidently and diplomatically with clients and other stakeholders
- Demonstrates integrity and congruence when dealing with people.
