We are seeking a highly organised and driven Lettings Negotiator to join our dynamic lettings team. This varied and rewarding role combines office-based administrative duties with out-of-office responsibilities such as conducting property viewings. It is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a desire to deliver outstanding service to both landlords and tenants.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle enquiries, match applicants with suitable properties and schedule viewings.
- Conduct property viewings and provide timely feedback to landlords.
- Expertly negotiate sales and rental offers.
- Assist the team in achieving departmental targets and deadlines.
- Recommend additional products and services.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure administrative tasks are completed to a high standard.
- Represent the company professionally both in the office and on the move.

**Requirements**:

- Preferred previous administrative experience, ideally within the property sector or another customer-focused environment.
- Full, clean UK driving licence (essential).
- Confident, professional communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
- Well-organised and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience using property management software is preferred.
- Availability to work Saturdays (10:00am-4:00pm) on a rotation basis is required, with time given back in lieu.

Position Type: Full Time, Permanent

**Salary**: £23,809.50 per annum with additional commission structure.
