**What you’ll do**:

- Management of iOS & Android devices in an enterprise environment, across different countries.
- Using MobileIron / Intune to manage devices, that delivers security, compliance, and functionality.
- Good written and verbal skills to create platform changes and describe workflows.
- Creating accurate profiles and configurations to deploy to the estate.
- Assist in platform upgrades as and when required.
- Dealing with incidents and tasks / projects when required.
- Help develop the platform(s) in line with business need.
- Provide Out of Hours support as part of team on-call rota.

**What you’ll bring**:

- MDM experience in a large organisation following an ITIL framework.
- Any experience in managing and supporting iOS / Android devices in an enterprise environment.
- Fault finding and diagnostics skills.
- Any scripting experience using powershell and or APIs (Not Essential).
- Good communication skills within the team and ability to collaborate across teams.
- You will be a good team player, reliable, accurate, consistent, and conscientious.

Our Osterley Campus is a 10-minute walk from Syon Lane train station. Or you can hop on one of our free shuttle buses that run to and from Osterley, Gunnersbury, Ealing Broadway and South Ealing tube stations. There’s also plenty of bike shelters and showers.

On campus, you’ll find 13 subsidised restaurants, cafes, and a Waitrose. You can keep in shape at our subsidised gym, catch the latest shows and movies at our cinema, get your car washed and even get pampered at our beauty salon.

Our lively campus is a free shuttle bus away from Livingston South train station and the town centre. Plus there’s onsite parking available for cars, motorbikes and bicycles.
