**Westech Solar UK Ltd** is a growing solar energy supplier. Established in 2010, we represent the solar manufacturer Perlight Solar in the UK. We also supply a small range of related solar energy and EV charging products.

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic **Warehouse Operative** to join our outstanding team.

**Day-to-day duties**:

- Assist with picking and packing solar panels and other items - boxing, packaging, and documentation.
- Load and unload delivery vehicles using a forklift.
- Work alongside other warehouse assistants, assisting with daily operations.
- Assist with stock counts and input figures into stock control.
- Maintain stock levels within the stock system.
- Book deliveries into stock.
- Assign stock to warehouse areas.
- Prepare orders for dispatch.
- Maintain a clean and tidy warehouse environment.
- Take the initiative and support continuous improvement by identifying and researching potential challenges and creating solutions.
- Proactively identify any risks to service and the consequences to Access. You will drive and escalate mitigation.

- Creative thinker
- A good communicator, confident, clear, and warm with a flexible and constructive approach to customers and the team alike
- Forklift license is required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £24,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
