PPRUK are now working closely with an Independent Pharmacy group who have over 20 branches across the Home Counties. They are growing exponentially and investing in automation as well as other modern technologies throughout the pharmacy sector.

They are looking for an experienced Pharmacist Manager to join them on a Permanent basis in the below location.

It is an exciting time to be joining this group, they have a centralised Dispensing Hub as well as over 20 community branches and they are growing. The Group are investing heavily in services and automation and there is scope for Pharmacist managers to developwithin the group, operational roles, services lead and other opportunities will be available as you progress with them.
**Position: Pharmacist Manager (Community Branch)**
**Location: High Wycombe**
**Salary: £58,000 - £62,000**

**Hours: Full time - 40-44 hours over 4 or 5 day working weeks**
**Pharmacy opening hours: 9am - 7pm on Weekdays and 9am - 1pm on Saturdays**
**Items: 10 - 12,000**
- Target based bonus schemes to reflect and reward achievements - based on Flu Jabs/ NMS/ Item growth and Loss
- Service Bonuses of £2,000 - £4,000
- Paid lunch break
- Tier 2 Sponsorship available
- Support from Operations team who deal with all administrative managerial duties, leaving you to focus on the Pharmacy and its development.
- Fully qualified Support team in place including ACT, 2 Dispensers and 2 Counter Assistants and a Pre-Registration Pharmacist
- 5 weeks holidays + Bank Holidays
- Career development available - scope to move into operational/ area management roles as the company grows.
