Our client, a Rugby based school, is looking for an exams administrator to proactively prepare for all examinations and assessments in line with procedures.

**The key responsibilities**:

- Suggesting developments for the systems within the school to manage collection of data to ensure that admin deadlines are met
- Providing exam timetables, resolving clashes
- Carrying out all exam administration including equipment, materials and required arrangements are made
- Liaising with invigilators to fulfil obligations
- Collecting and distributing as well as processing enquiries about results
- IT Literate (MS Word, Excel etc)
- Experience working effectively with others to meet goals
- Experience in an education setting is desirable
- Great communication skills and ability to demonstrate time efficiency
- Ability to maintain strictest confidentiality and integrity
