**Our client based in Great Gransden is currently recruiting for a Technical Department Assistant to work with within their busy team. If you have administrative skills and are enthusiastic, then please apply**

**Main Duties**:
Design/Technical Office administration duties.

Administration of MRP software which includes the following:

- Creation of Bills of Material from drawings and parts lists.
- Creation of Sales Order numbers for stock contracts.
- Create pick lists for Stores and Manufacturing departments.
- Advise Purchasing of all part requirements for contracts.
- Close down works orders on “ready for delivery” items.
- Maintenance of the Parts database.
- Any other tasks within the remit of Operations Administrator that are not previously identified.
- Assist in the duties of the MRP System Administrator and cover all duties when required.
- Any other administration duties which may arise within an engineering office environment.
- Creation of Sales Order numbers for stock contracts.

Hours:

- 8:30 am - 5:00 pm (½ hour for lunch)

Holiday:

22 Days, increases to 25 with service years.

**Salary**:

- £20,000-£21,000 per annum
