My client are a well establish SME based in Birmingham. They are recruiting a Finance Director on a temporary to permanent basis assisting with everything in finance from posting ledger entries, assisting with the month end pack, budgeting and year end support. They are looking for a hard working individual who is not afraid to roll their sleeves up in this extremely hands on role.

Key duties include:

- Conduct monthly balance sheet reconciliations
- Conduct weekly Bank reconciliations
- Weekly & Quarterly cash forecasting
- Assisting with Accounts Payable & Credit Control
- Maintaining accurate control accounts
- Quarterly VAT returns
- Monthly Journal posting
- Assisting with month end reporting
- Assisting with budget and re-estimates
- Inter-facing with auditors during internal & external audits and assisting with the completion of Stat accounts
