EAC Consulting Group are representing an excellent opportunity for a Sales Engineer to join a market leading Machining Manufacturer. The business is based in Milton Keynes but you will be on the road hunting down new business and generating sales for thecompany.

This role would be ideal for a self-motivated, ambitious Sales Engineer that has experience selling high spec precision engineering machines of a very high value to businesses across the UK. Being the sole Sales Engineer within the company you have the wholenation to sell intono regions, alphabet or category splits so total control of the sales cycle.

In return for extensive sales and engineering experience the company provides a very competitive base up to £40,000, with the potential of £20,000 commission on top, car, laptop.

Duties of the Sales Engineer
- Identify and develop new business development to grow the company client base.
- Set up and attend meetings to showcase products and finalise sales.
- Build and maintain close relationships with key accounts to develop sales.
- Reporting into the Sales Director build a sales strategy to grow the company foot print.
- Forecast sales revenue and report back to the Directors.
- Manage and drive lead/ pipeline generation.
- Liaising with internal departments to give accurate lead times on orders.

The ideal Sales Engineer
- Extensive new business/ sales experience working within the Engineering/ Machinery industry.
- Knowledge of CNC machinery would be a great advantage.
- Ambitious and go-getting attitude.
- A loyal character that is looking for a long term career opportunity.
- Organised with the ability to prioritise and manage your own workload effectively.
