**Non-Contestable Coordinator - Hamilton**

Our Finance team is expanding, and we’re excited to welcome a detail-focused Non-Contestable Coordinator to join us in Hamilton, Scotland.
As a Non-Contestable Coordinator at Last Mile, you’ll manage all aspects of the non-contestable ledger, ensuring timely and accurate processing through your organised, methodical approach and strong attention to detail. Reporting directly to the Purchase Ledger Team Leader, you’ll collaborate closely with the wider Accounts Payable team at our Head Office and work alongside the Design & Build management team across our UK offices. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong working relationships will be key to your success.

**Your responsibilities as a Non-Contestable Coordinator**:
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of non-contestable invoices and payments, including verifying receipt of tax invoices for all upfront payments.
- Liaise with internal departments and external suppliers to resolve queries and ensure correct coding of non-contestable invoices.
- Reconcile non-contestable statements monthly and assist with control account discrepancies at month-end.
- Maintain and update filing systems, databases, and relevant reports to support the team’s efficiency.
- Provide cover for other Accounts Payable team members as needed and undertake any additional ad hoc duties.
**Experience / Knowledge**:
- Experience in an Accounts Payable or similar role
