Telesales/ Telemarketing Representative

**Telesales/ Telemarketing Representative |Aylesbury | Full Time | £18K - £22K DOE**

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Telesales / Telemarketing Representative to join a family business based in Aylesbury.

As a Telesales Representative, you will be responsible for making calls to existing and potential customers with the main goal to increase company revenue. As they are a small family firm you may from time to time be asked to assist in other areas of thebusiness.

Full training will be given on all products and systems.

**General Responsibilities**
- Contact existing and potential customers to present our product offering
- Learn details about our product offerings
- Address any questions or issues customers may have
- Communicate with customers to understand their requirements and needs
- Offer solutions based on clients needs and capabilities
- Direct prospects and leads to the sales team
- Keep an updated customer database
- Measure identified KPIs
- Always strive towards revenue growth
- Track and document calls and sales
- Update client records
- Prepare and present achievements and KIPs

**Requirements & Qualifications**
- 2 years of experience as Telesales Representative or similar customer service or sales role
- Proven record of achievement
- Ability and willingness to learn about product features and benefits
- Patient and friendly personality
- Team player
- Good time-management skills
- Great interpersonal, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- A levels or equivalent, a degree would be an advantage

SALARY: £18K - £20K Per Year
