Our network includes 76,000 kilometres of sewers which feed over 1,000 water recycling centres. **What will you be doing???**

As a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer, you will be helping to maintain all the electrical assets at our Grimsby Bioresources site.

Key duties will include:?
- Carrying out reactive work?
- Investigating and repairing faults?
- Safe operation and maintenance of all assets in line with Health and Safety policies and procedures?
- Completing job sheets to a required standard?
- Reporting back on asset condition?
- Ensuring the availability of plant and equipment?
- Organising contractors employed where required?
- Procuring best value goods and services when required?
- Ensuring all procurement procedures are adhered to including SAP and records maintained?

**What does it take to be a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer?**
- Possess either an industrial electrical or mechanical apprenticeship??
- NVQ level 2 or 3 or equivalent (electrical or engineering maintenance) as well as one of the below:?
- ONC/OND in electrical engineering?
- City and Guilds Parts 1 &2 in electrical engineering or equivalent?
- Proven mechanical experience in an industrial or commercial environment
- Good working knowledge of industrial electrical control systems, such as 3-phase, motor control circuits, telemetry systems, pumps, gearboxes, general mechanical plant and equipment
- Strong awareness of health and safety?
- DSEAR COMPEX trained is desirable?
- Flexible and resilient approach to work
- hours, training and adapting to the business needs when necessary?
- Advocate of collaboration, someone who enjoys working as part of a team?
- Full driving license?
