This position offers a blend of independent work during quieter periods and effective teamwork during peak hours, providing a dynamic environment for professional growth. During the week we have one member of staff so we are looking for someone pro-active and willing to partake in deep cleaning and organisation tasks.

- Prepare and serve a diverse range of beverages customized to customer preferences.
- Baking of cookies and pastries.
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained in the workspace.
- Provide outstanding customer service by taking orders, processing transactions, and addressing inquiries.
- Manage inventory levels of supplies and ingredients.
- Adhere to food safety protocols and guidelines at all times.
- Present beverages in an aesthetically pleasing manner consistent with our brand image.
- Collaborate closely with team members to ensure seamless operations.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant setting is advantageous.
- Proficiency in food preparation techniques and culinary knowledge is a plus.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Basic math skills for accurate transaction processing.
- Familiarity with guest services principles and practices.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while prioritizing quality.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members professionally.

Pay: £8.35-£12.75 per hour
