**About the Role**

As a Personal Lines Insurance Sales Advisor, you’ll handle both inbound and outbound calls from new and existing customers, providing expert advice on Home and Landlords Insurance. Your goal will be to match customers with the most suitable policies, while also identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to support business growth.

You’ll also be responsible for a range of administrative tasks related to policy management, ensuring all activity is compliant with FCA regulations and aligned with our commitment to excellent customer service.

**Who We're Looking For**

This role is ideal for someone with at least 18 months of experience in an insurance broking environment, preferably with exposure to multiple product lines and a strong understanding of the full policy lifecycle. **Key Responsibilities**
- Handle inbound and outbound calls for new business, renewals, and mid-term adjustments across Home and Landlord Insurance.
- Maximise sales opportunities through optional extras, cross-selling, and finance agreements.
- Ensure all processes are FCA-compliant and aligned with company procedures.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve queries effectively.
- Liaise with insurers and partners to manage policy-related issues.
- Complete administrative tasks including issuing documents, verifying no claims bonuses, and processing renewals.
- Work towards individual, team, and business performance targets.
- Minimum 18 months’ experience in Insurance Sales or Customer Service.
- Strong knowledge of personal lines insurance products.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Capable of multitasking and using initiative.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with insurance platforms such as Open GI (preferred but not essential).
- High attention to detail and accuracy.

**Qualifications**
- 5 GCSEs at Grade C or above (including Maths & English).
- Cert CII qualification (preferred but not essential).
