Carpenter / Fra

**About The Role**:
We are looking for **Carpenters** in **FRA Works (Fire Risk Assessments) **to join our talented team. You will be conducting Fire Door installations across our properties ensuring that they are compliant. You will be working in the field covering Plymouth and the surrounding areas.

**Purpose of the role**:

- You will provide a high quality installation, fault fixing and inspection service at multiple sites throughout our portfolio.
- You will be included in our out of hours service, ensuring the safety of our customers at all times
- You will act as an ambassador for LiveWest

**Experience/Qualifications**:

- You will have a core trade in **carpentry** achieved by either a formal qualification, or qualified by experience.
- You will have good general **multi-skilled abilities**
- You will have a good level of literacy and numeracy

**This is a full time opportunity, although part time (minimum 30 hours per week) or job share may be available.**

To be considered for the role of Multi Skilled Technician, you will:

- Be highly competent
- Have a positive, can do attitude
- Have exceptional customer service skills with the ability to engage customers and communicate with them effectively and confidently
- Ideally have experience working in customers properties
- Hold a full, valid driving licence (this will be checked with the DVLA)

You may have experience or an interest in the following: Carpenter, FRA, Fire Doors, Responsive Repairs, Reactive Repairs, Operative, Maintenance, Engineer, Social Housing or Housing Association.
