Bartender & Barista

We are currently looking for experienced **baristas / bartenders** to join our team at **The Lounge**, part of the award-winning **Crow Wood Resort** in Burnley.

You’ll be working in one of our most stylish and popular venues, set within a fast-paced, family-focused environment driven by our loyal health club members. The Lounge offers a relaxed, easy dining experience with a focus on fresh British food and great service, with shifts that vary between **mornings, afternoons, and evenings**.

Our restaurant is especially busy at lunchtimes, so daytime availability is important. That said, **evenings and weekends are key in hospitality**, so flexibility is a must

**Hours**:

- We can offer contracts up to **5 days per week** (approx. **40 hours**), depending on your availability
- Both **part-time and full-time roles** available.

**About the Role**:

- Work across **nine cocktail bars** within Crow Wood Resort, including The Lounge, The Woodland Spa, Bertram's Restaurant, and Wilfred's Restaurant
- Deliver excellent service in a **fast-paced and high-standard environment**:

- Maintain professional barista and/or bartending standards, with opportunities to further develop your skills

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **Previous barista or bartending experience is essential**:

- Basic **wine knowledge** and **cocktail-making skills** are desirable
- Someone who is **flexible, hard-working**, and able to thrive in a busy service setting

Pay: Up to £12.60 per hour
