With a ‘fast track’ recruitment process in place, We are looking to recruit part time (15-20 hours) and full-time positions (37 hours +) per week. Areas of cover are Sutton Coldfield or Tamworth or Lichfield or all three.

**As a carer, some of the duties will include -**
- Providing companionship and morale support.
- Assisting with personal care requirements including showering and washing.
- Preparing drinks and meals.
- Assist with medication requirements.
Help with household chores and assist to appointments of activities within the community.

**What we require -**
- A driving licence and access to own car.
- Preferably previous experience of 1 year within the care industry (but don’t worry if not we will teach you all you need to know).
- A drive and passion to care for others and enhance their lives.

- Premium pay rates of £10.25-£24.00ph. Earn up to £500 per week (40 hours weekdays & 8 hours on weekends). £11.60ph for weekend work & £12ph (anytime) for double up calls.
