Recovery Coordinator

**Overview**:
As a Criminal Justice Recovery Coordinator with Change Grow Live you will be working with people to help them change the direction of their life, grow as an individual, and live life to its full potential.
You will work across Manchester and Tameside and in the main will be located in National Probation Service locations. You will be working as part of a multi-disciplinary team providing including the National Probation Service and other appropriate agencies offering a wide range of treatment interventions and programmes. You will work with service users to support social (re)integration, enabling them to lead meaningful and purposeful lives and promote recovery, resilience, peer support and self-determination.
You will provide assessments for people with alcohol and substance misuse issues and with our Doctors, NMP’s and Wellbeing Nurses you will provide case management support and healthcare interventions for individuals accessing the service.
**Responsibilities**:
We are looking for passionate people with an interest in Criminal Justice. You'll work with highly skilled colleagues across Manchester and Tameside to support and engage people in drug and alcohol treatment services.
No two days will be the same and we're looking for people who have a range of skills and expertise, who believe in being open, compassionate, and bold in everything they do.
