**Recruitment Consultant / Senior Recruitment Consultant**
**Liverpool-based - hybrid working (2 days work from home). Remote-based is also an option.**
**£35k-£50k basic plus excellent benefits.**

EVERY Recruiter who has been with them for 18 months +, has increased their base salary to £50k and is earning £100k and above.

There are lots of recruitment agencies hiring at the moment, but few are offering opportunities like this one.

Currently a team of 15, this agency is looking to double in size over the next 12 months and they are looking for experienced Perms Recruiters to join their teams.

**Here is what they can offer**:
A starting base salary of £35-50k
A £5k pay rise if you hit your 1st-year financial target.
A pay rise to £50k basic if you bill £200k in a year.
One of the best commission schemes I've ever seen which includes an additional end-of-year over-achievement bonus.
If you bill £50k in a quarter you get every Friday off in the next quarter
If you bill £250k in a year you get every Friday off the next year
Hybrid working (Liverpool) - Wednesday & Friday work from home. Fully remote is also an option.

**About them**:
They operate across multiple sectors including Life Sciences, Energy, Future Mobility, Print & Marketing, Packaging, and Building Materials and Minerals.

Their clients are leading global businesses and 50% of their placements are made in the USA, with the rest spread across Europe, Asia, and Africa.

The leadership team has vast experience in their sectors on an international scale and will be there to support you in getting started and progressing in the role.

You'll have a great tech stack/tools to support you in the role.

**Who are they looking for?**:
Ideally, you will have 3+ years of recruitment experience running a permanent desk.

It would be great if you have experience in one of their sectors but they are very open to people moving from other sectors of recruitment.

You can clearly explain how you have won new business in the past and managed and nurtured the ongoing client relationship.

Enthusiastic, well-organised people with the drive to perform well in the role.

**Salary**: £35,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
