Multidiscipline engineer - FM Department - HVAC/Gas
Dartford Based - London and Home Counties Sites
Up to £45k
Due to the existing growth and expansion plans, the Facilities Management Department are now
looking to expand its maintenance team. We are ideally looking for a multidiscipline engineer that
holds both Gas Safe and FGAS accreditations to join our growing team. You will mainly be working
on existing contracts as well as new contracts being awarded and framework enquiries.
Predominantly you will, carry out service and maintenance and attend to call-outs and breakdowns.
You will also be required to carry out the installation of small works nationwide.
Dealing with a diverse range of clients in Greater London, Home Counties, M4 corridor and South
East England you are required to provide a professional service at all times.
Experience and Qualifications
- Previous experience in service and maintenance of heating, ventilation and air condition
carrying out planned and reactive maintenance.
- City and Guilds Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning
- Gas Safe Commercial and Domestic
- City and Guilds F-Gas certificate
- Basic competence in Electrical and Controls systems associated with Mechanical Services
- Experience with Chillers & chilled water systems
- Experience with VRV & VRF systems & able to diagnose and faults or issues relating to.

- £38,000-£45,000 (depending on experience)

- Hours: Mon-Fri 08:00 - 17:00 - occasional out of hours which will be agreed in advance
