We currently have a vacancy for a Setter/ Operator within our facility in Coventry.

We are looking for an Operator to help us ensure the continuity of production and the enhancement of output beyond existing levels. You will have a part to play in the improvement of delivery accuracy, reduction in lead times and increase productivity whilst ensuring that all equipment and processes meet all current and future EHS legislation.

**Job Summary**

As an Operator, you will be key to our manufacturing operations based in Coventry_. _You will have a primary role/area of work but will be expected to cover other areas as necessary.

**Your profile**

It is essential that applicants have experience within an engineering environment. The ability to read product-manufacturing drawings and previous experience of working as an operator / setter working to close tolerances with precision CNC machines (e.g. Rollomatic) including working multiple machines. You will have experience of running both high/low volume batches and specials. Other areas of experience may include, 3B Open Tolerance Grinding and Polishing, and CNC Form Grinding.
