**QA Manager, Senior QA Engineer**

A QA Manager / Senior QA Engineer is urgently required to join an established software house in south Oxfordshire, who are currently going through an impressive period of growth.

This is an exciting opportunity for either an experienced QA Manager looking for a new challenge, or a Senior QA Engineer looking to take on extra responsibility.

**The Role**

As the QA Manager / Senior QA Engineer you will take on a hybrid role encompassing hands on software testing, within a mixed manual and automated environment, creating test plans and test cases from scratch. You will also be responsible for the day-to-daymanagement for a small team of QA Engineers, setting overall strategy, responsible for training and expanding the test function.

**The Company**

**What’s required of the QA Manager?**
- Commercial experience covering both manual and automated testing
- Experience with automated test tool such as, Postman and Selenium Web Driver
- Experience of writing and executing test scripts from scratch
- Experience leading or mentoring a team of QA Engineers
- Experience gained within an Agile environment, ideally with Agile tools including Confluence/Jira
