The service is for anyone who would like support for any existing mental health difficulties and for those who may benefit from a brief, early intervention to promote their wellbeing and prevent problems escalating. The service is also available to friends, family and professionals who are worried about the mental wellbeing of another individual and are seeking advice on how to support them.
