**Who Are You?**

You’ll be someone who builds visually stunning websites that capture the essence of a brand.

You’re someone who has insight into what customers might want, has an idea of what is technically feasible for a developer in Webflow and can then visually present your designs.

You’ll be obsessed with customer behaviour and how people interact with your designs. You’ll present and defend your designs to broader stakeholders with this in mind.

You are creative, ambitious and rise to a challenge. You love to learn and will strive to develop your skills and knowledge.

You are well organised, self-motivated and can manage your own tasks and work schedule to meet deadlines.

You’ll be comfortable collaborating with a team of developers, product specialists and marketeers.

You'll be up to date on the latest trends and have an awareness of the latest tools that can help you achieve your creative goals.

**Required Skills**:

- Strong proficiency in Figma and/or Webflow
- Have portfolio of at least 3 sites that showcase your expertise
- At least 2 years of experience in web design or a related field
- Deep understanding of design principles, including typography, layout, and colour theory
- Experience working collaboratively with designers, developers, and project managers to deliver outstanding results
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for problem-solving and creative thinking

**Key Deliverables**:

- 12 website projects over the next year
- Template designs for websites
- Component libraries
- Graphical elements for websites and UIs
- Creative work that turns heads

- An additional creative skill such as illustration, animation, video editing etc.

Flexible and hybrid working is accepted with tools, systems and processes in place to make this possible. There’s free onsite car parking with routes directly out of the city and a 10-minute walk to the train station, meaning you'll enjoy a convenient and accessible location.
