**Job Title**:
Flowing Construction Services have an exciting opportunity to join our growing business as a roofline and maintenance supervisor. This will consist of working on various projects across the North East and North West. You will be supervising across two of our divisions, Roofline & Joinery and Repairs & Maintenance.

**About the Role**:

- Robust experience in roofing
- Must have CSCS card (gold preferred)
- SMSTS/SSSTS Preferred but not essential
- Full UK Driving License and willing to travel to projects as required
- Strong verbal and written interpersonal and communication skills
- The ability to think strategically, to build, manage and grow a team
- Ability to work within a team, as well as independently

**Key Responsibilities**:
Key responsibilities of the role will include all aspects of supervision, including:

- Liaise project progress to management and complete audit reports
- Planning labour requirements
- Maintaining contact with the main contractors
- Managing direct and sub-contract labour
- Maintain health and safety standards on sites, ensuring that work is carried out in strict accordance with Method Statements and Risk Assessments
- Fully document any variations to the scope of works and obtain the necessary authorisations prior to undertaking the works
- To attend meetings with main contractors as required
- Carry out site surveys/measures
- Review sub-contractors’ invoices and authorise
- Liaise with customer care admin to keep master maintenance sheet up to date
- Maintain records of stock held at head office
- Any other duties reasonably requested
