**The role**

There is a new, exciting opportunity for a Finance Assistant - Sales Ledger required to cover 12 months maternity leave.

This role requires a highly motivated individual with an attention to detail who will work alongside the rest of the Finance team to ensure the day to day running of the finance function.

**Location**

Hybrid. Following an office-based induction, the role will be mainly remote with a requirement to come into the Leamington office on an ad hoc basis.

**What you’ll be doing in your role**:
Your responsibilities will include:

- Checking accuracy of sales input into CRM
- Accurate and timely transfer of data from CRM to Sage
- Accurate and timely raising of sales invoices
- Consistent and timely chasing of customer debts
- Working with other departments to resolve customer queries
- Support Head of Finance
- Support other business functions

- Demonstrable problem-solving ability, working with a broad range of complex and professional issues under a variety of contexts through to resolution
- Ability to manage multiple software systems (knowledge of CRM and Sage preferred but not essential)
