Strategic Insights - Researcher**
**Location - London or Manchester**
Every day our teams help people in businesses and communities to do what is right and achieve their goals.
The Strategic Insights team seeks to add value to our clients through delivering actionable insight, enabling data driven decisions and developing analytic products/partnerships. Deliverables are closely aligned to the pillars of the firm strategy, sectors,as well as our service lines.

**A look into the role**
As a Researcher within our Strategic Insights team, you will:
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues in Markets & Clients (M&C) to support the strategic priorities of the team, and identify innovative ways research can provide support
- Develop strong relationships with stakeholders and manages these effectively, to assure first class service delivery and client care
- Work alongside the manager team to support regular stakeholder engagement, and ensure that research effectively supports the strategic priorities of the business in terms of business development, industry strategy and client engagement
- Support on the design of relevant training, communications and firm engagement to ensure effective adoption and use of Strategic Insights services, platforms and desktop tools
- Manage deliverables for a key sector or service line within the firm, building relationships with stakeholders and delivering insight to support their go to market strategy
- Able to deliver value add research and analysis, showing deep sector or industry understanding
- Contribute to the development and delivery of client engagements and regular insights, delivering to budget and time
**Knowing you’re right for us**
Joining us as a Researcher, the **minimum criteria **you’ll need are proven analytic skills with the ability to draw on synthesise information to draw out insights.
It would be great if you had some of the following skills, but don’t worry if you don’t tick every box, we’ll help you develop along the way.
- Experience of outsourced research relationship management and service delivery
- Good working knowledge of core research databases such as FAME, Zephyr, Refinitiv, Lexis Nexis, Mergermarket
- Knowledge of Financial Services Research
