**About Our Client**:
A new opportunity for a Graduate Finance Assistant to join a leading business based in Guildford. This is a fantastic entry level opportunity for someone who is looking to start a career in Finance.
- Process purchase invoices in order to meet month end deadlines
- Liaise with suppliers regarding issues or queries in order to resolve any issues prior to payment
- Reconcile supplier statements
- Raise purchase orders for all departments
- Raise, amend and close sales orders and credits in a timely manner
- Assist with both weekly and monthly management accounts
- Administration for the Financial Controller and General Manager when required

**The Successful Applicant**:

- May be studying towards an accountancy qualification (AAT/ACCA/CIMA)
- Strong MS Excel skills
- Excellent communication
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
