We are working with Index Property Information South West to recruit for a self-motivated and high energy Client Relationship Executive to support business development and the sales strategy. **Working from home with occasional meetings at the office and travelling locally to meet clients.**

Index Property Information is a unique provider of conveyancing searches and reports to the property industry; working closely with Local Authorities to provide regulated and council local searches as well as other reports and products required by solicitors, estate agents and conveyancers.

**About the role**:
Index Property Information believe that it is important to form close working relationships with all clients to understand their specific needs and provide the exact service they require. As Client Relationship Executive you will be solutions driven, able to reprioritise at short-notice and have the ability to work at a very fast pace. The Client Relationship Executive will manage their own expense account to be used to take clients for lunch, networking and events.

**Main responsibilities**:

- Manage a portfolio of accounts
- Coordinate with staff members working on the same accounts to ensure consistent service
- Collaborate with the Business Development Manager to reach prospective clients
- Develop relationships with clients which lead to an ongoing relationship and repeat business, including social events and networking.
- Determine clients’ needs focusing on what they’re looking to achieve short-term and long-term
- Undertake client development activities to identify trends and produce data analysis reports which help to direct the development of the business
- Liaise with marketing functions/PR and event coordination
- To grow accounts by bringing on board new users or new products and services
- To liaise with suppliers and partner to gain knowledge of their offerings and pricing

**What you will be offered as our Client Relationship Executive**:

- Salary of £23,000 - £25,000/annum,
- Commission scheme - **OTE of £30,000 - £32,000/annum**:

- The ability to analyse data to inform strategic business decisions
- The ability to ask questions and verify information and to actively listen
- Strong IT skills with the potential to develop new systems or methods of tracking
- Confidence to deal with clients and answer queries and questions from a knowledge-based perspective

- Previous Account Management/sales experience is desirable
- Must have a full UK Driving License
