**£27,000 + a Bonus of £300 - £1,000 per month**

We are looking for an experienced front facing Customer Service Advisor on behalf of our well-established client based in **Wakefield**.

This role is only available through growth and expansion.

You will be expected to provide outstanding Customer Service, ensuring that their reputation is always upheld.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operating as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your accounts
- Maintain and build relationships with customers, both new and existing
- Demonstrate brilliant communication skills both face to face and over the phone
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives
- Service multiple clients concurrently, often meeting deadlines

**Skills / Qualifications / Experience Required**:

- Great communication & Customer Service skills
- Drive and enthusiasm
- Ability to multi-task and manage time efficiently
