Join us as a Treasury Balance Sheet Manager
- This role will see you supporting the management of our balance sheet within approved risk appetites
- You'll develop analytical insight into key trends impacting our balance sheet position and support appropriate actions
- Working closely with the business and Finance, you'll predict balance sheet movements and metric impacts

**What you'll do**
As a Treasury Balance Sheet Manager, you'll have the opportunity to develop RBS International's balance sheet strategy. Working closely with the business to develop liquidity, and funding plans considering current and future regulatory requirements. You'llprepare analysis for the stress testing of liquidity and funding along with the production of regulatory ILAAP and recovery plan submissions. You'll also contribute to the maintenance of our recovery framework and recovery options and support the operationof the Balance Sheet Management Working Group and its role in driving the Asset and Liability Committee agenda.
In addition to this, you'll:

- Produce analysis in support of risk appetite and framework recommendations
- Support liquidity and funding stress testing activity, preparation of key regulatory deliverables and recovery planning activity
- Manage ad hoc analyses and projects for Treasury
- Support the business in new product design and structuring to encourage optimal use of balance sheet resources
- Develop and maintain appropriate external resources to support rating agency and client engagement
- Build, maintain, and enhance close links with other areas of Treasury and the wider bank to effectively utilise our Centres of Expertise

We're looking for someone with risk management and banking product knowledge and the
ability to build working relationships with a variety of stakeholders, influencing and challenging when necessary.

- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- The ability to prioritise and deliver to demanding timeframes
