**The Company**:
PCL Group specialises in the repair and maintenance of MAN commercial vehicles, with dealerships located throughout Essex, Hertfordshire, Surrey and Kent. We are looking for a trainee aftersales / sales professional to join our business development teamin the South East covering the North London / Essex / Hertfordshire area on a full-time, permanent basis, with initial training based in Kent

**Job Details**:
Within this role you will be coached to work towards annual sales targets, develop parts and service opportunities and to actively promote new sales within your agreed territory. You will be expected to develop the technical ability to present a full rangeof dealer point services, demonstrate new vehicle products within the MAN range, as well as upselling financial and after-sales products that we offer

You will also develop competency in understanding the business need of the customers, identifying a range of business solutions and explaining to the various funding methods available.

**Knowledge & Skills**:
It goes without saying that you will have the desire to work within busy sales and aftersales teams, learn how to manoeuvre your way around our CRM system and most importantly sell You will be a natural presenter, a great relationship builder and be passionatepromoter of the PCL and MAN brands.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone that has a desire to work in Sales or Business Development in the commercial vehicle sector, and has what it takes to join our team
