Sales Progressor

One of the UK’s leading residential specialists - Solomon Investment Partners - has an exciting opportunity for a talented Sales Progressor to join our team based in Chester, Cheshire.
As a Sales Progressor, you will work closely with your team to enhance the property sales process and ensuring that you provide a professional service to all clients, under the guidance of the Client Care Manager.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Work under the advice and management of the Client Care Manager
- Providing an exceptional level of service to clients from start to finish
- Progressing sales from reservation through to exchange of contracts within a 28-day timeframe
- All administration tasks to support this role
- Updating and maintain files, spreadsheets, and CRM systems
- Dealing with client queries in a professional and timely manner
- Providing weekly reporting to the Client Care Manager to update on exchange prediction

**Required Skills**:

- You must be able to work under pressure and to deadlines.
- You must be articulate and well organised and able to work on your own initiative and as part of a team.
- Good Communication skills is paramount when dealing with the solicitors and clients.
- Experience working in a similar and challenging role
- Good time management skills
- Computer Literate, confident user of PC, MS Office and quick to learn new systems
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills
- Experience working in an Estate Agency or in the Property Industry is highly desirable
