Energy Services Team Leader

We currently are looking to hire an Energy Services Team Leader with experience in the energy efficiency industry to work alongside the Energy Services Director and to oversee the administrative activities that facilitate the smooth running of the ECO and InstaPAS team which make up the PC4 department here at InstaGroup. Your focus will be overseeing and managing the organisation of our people and Energy Supplier relationships.

**As Team Leader for the Energy Services department, your key responsibilities will include**:

- **Team** - Day to day people management of the Energy Services team & operation
- **Administration **- Overall responsibility of the management of the administrative processes associated with the compliant delivery of InstaGroup’s ECO energy efficiency contracts
- **Reporting **- Working closely with the Data Performance Analyst, providing weekly and monthly forecasting and performance reporting to the Energy Services Manager
- **Customers & Partnerships** - Establish a close and trusted relationships with all our customers through regular contact and strong customer service.
- **Support **- Support the Energy Services Manager in the day to day running of the department

**Additional experience we are looking for**:

- Working with or within an Energy Suppliers or,
- Working within the energy efficiency industry specifically the ECO
