**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Assist patients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, dressing, and mobility.
- Support the implementation of individual care plans tailored to each resident's needs.
- Communicate effectively with residents, their families, and healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
- Maintain accurate records of resident's progress and any changes in condition.

**Skills**
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with residents and team members.
- Understanding of care plans and the ability to follow them accurately.
- Proficiency in IT systems for record keeping and communication.
- Minimum of 6 months experience within care/residential homes
- Must be living in Northern Ireland

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: £12.25-£24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 - 48 per week
