**Overall Purpose of The Job**
- To take responsibility for and direct the service; quality; health & safety aspects of an operational dive site that meet or exceed customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities and Tasks**
- Manage and ensure full compliance to all regulations/guidance, contained within the L104. Commercial Diving Inland/Inshore HSE ACoP, when conducting all diving operations.
- Maintain a current diving medical certificate.
- Maintain a current HSE First Aid at work with O2 Administration certification.
- Maintain a high level of current health and safety diving methods of working in order to supervise a dive site and its personnel.
- Report and liaise with the Diving Superintendents/Operations Co-ordinators, to ensure communications are of a high standard.
- Ensure sufficient operational plant and equipment is provided to meet or exceed customer requirements.
- Ensure equipment, clothing, divers and dive site are of a high working standard to ensure welfare of diving team to meet current regulations.
- Ensure all paperwork in on-site job file / client requirement is signed off and completed on time.
- Provide written reports and photographic report on completed jobs, where required.
- Build and maintain positive working relationships with dive team.
- Monitor on-site standards of divers and report back to Diving Superintendents/Operations Manager.
- Ensure diving operations are carried out to meet or exceed customer satisfaction.
- Provide operational feedback to assist with development and growth of UK operations.
- Liaise with onsite customer to ensure expectations and requirements are met.
- Ensure diving operations are carried out within an economic and sustainable manner.

**Essential**
- Hold qualification of ADC Diving Supervisor.
- Hold HSE Part 3, as minimum recognised commercial diving training standard.
- Be in possession of a Letter of Appointment to supervise, whilst on-site.
