**ABOUT THE CLIENT**

Our client is a Digital Software Consultancy and are currently looking for a Bid Writer to join their dynamic team They offer innovative digital and cyber security solutions to their clients who are from the public and private sectors. You'll be working on interesting large-scale Government and private sector projects.

**ROLE OBJECTIVE**

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- **Proposal Development**: Research, write, and edit high-quality proposals/tender responses that align with client requirements and highlight the company's strengths.
- **Content Creation**: Develop and maintain a library of reusable content, case studies, and testimonials to streamline the proposal writing process.
- **Bid Coordination**: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, technical experts, and project managers, to gather information to ensure the timely submission of proposals.
- **Compliance**: Ensure that all proposals meet the specified client guidelines, formatting requirements, and submission deadlines.
- **Competitive Analysis**: Conduct research to understand the competitive landscape and incorporate insights into proposals to differentiate the company.
- **Quality Assurance**: Review and proofread proposals to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency in messaging.
- **Client Relationship**: Engage with clients to clarify requirements and address questions or concerns during the proposal process.
- **Bid Tracking**: Maintain records of all submitted bids, including outcomes and feedback for continuous improvement, utilising the CRM.

**EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**
- Ideally minimum 4 years of proven experience in bid writing or proposal development.
- Ideally from a Tech/Consultancy background.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Sharepoint and CRM.
- Detail-oriented and highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong project management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with tender alert platforms such as Contracts Advance, BiP Solutions etc.
- Ideally APMP certified.
