We are offering an opportunity to work in a luxury setting in London’s most prestigious Airport, where you will be able to develop your sales ability and exceed your potential within your job role.

As a Sales Assistant, you will be trained on luxury skincare, perfumes, fragrances and makeup, giving you the support and opportunity to achieve high sales across all of our departments. Additionally, you will be required to maintain the prestige conditions of the store through replenishing, merchandising, and ensuring products are fit for sale.

**Responsibilities**
- To consistently demonstrate a high level of product knowledge.
- Providing world-class service and acting as an ambassador in line with the brand's philosophy.
- Offering clients expert advice and guidance to make appropriate decisions & seamlessly handle objections.
- Confidently upsell.
- Working well as part of a team. Teamwork is Key.
- Supporting management to ensure the store adheres to all set procedures and policies.
- Ensuring the store's standards are maintained to the highest level.
- Ability to communicate efficiently across all levels.

- You may, or may not have experience within a retail environment, we can invest in your development to fill in some of the gaps and give you the tools needed to succeed, but you are passionate about people and providing world class customer service, going above and beyond to create moments of delight.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Zero hours contract

**Salary**: £9.50-£10.50 per hour
