To support the smooth and efficient movement of client orders through our warehouse while providing a positive and proactive link between warehouse operations and client communication.
This role plays a key part in **delivering on our Fulfillable Promise** — ensuring every item picked, packed, and shipped reflects our dedication to **Purpose, Performance, and Promise.**
**Key Responsibilities (Our Performance)**
- Accurately **pick, pack, and prepare orders** for dispatch according to client and company standards.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organised working environment.
- Communicate effectively with Clients and Client Services to **resolve order queries**, stock issues, or inbound delivery discrepancies quickly and professionally.
- Update systems and records to reflect accurate stock movements and client updates.
- Liaise with Client Services, Warehouse Supervisors, and Clients to ensure smooth fulfilment flow.
- Support inventory counts and contribute ideas for warehouse efficiency improvements.
- Represent **“The Fulfillable Way”** — being helpful, reliable, and client-focused at all times.
**Skills, Experience & Qualities (Our Promise)**
**Essential**:
- Applicants must be within commutable distance to Mildenhall, Suffolk.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfilment, or logistics environment.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in accurate work.
- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal.
- Positive attitude, team spirit, and a willingness to learn.
- Confidence in handling client questions in a friendly, professional way
- Experience using warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Understanding of order fulfilment and courier processes.
**Desirable**:
- Forklift, LLOP, pallet truck experience.

**Hours of Work**:
Full-time, [8am-5pm]. Flexibility will be required during peak periods. Overtime available.
**Salary: £14 per hour**
**Contract Type: Zero Hour**
**Job Types**: Full-time, Zero hours contract
Pay: £14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
